02 · THE AUDIT

Send one export.
Find out what is actually in there.

No logins. No access to any of your accounts. You send a export of your customer list and your quotes, and we come back with what it says. If the numbers are not worth anything to you, we stop there and it cost you an email.

What we can tell you

All of it comes off a plain export, so it works whatever system you keep customers in.

  • Who has gone quiet. Past customers who have not heard from you in 12, 18 or 24 months.
  • Quotes that died. Sent, never accepted, never followed up, and what they were worth.
  • What leads to what. Which first job turns into a second one, and how long after.
  • Who sends you referrals. Most owners cannot name their top ten, so they ask everyone or no one.
  • When people buy. What month last year's customers booked, so you can reach them a week early.
  • Where your work clusters. Which areas pay best and route tightest.
  • Who was never asked for a review. Usually a much longer list than anyone expects.
  • What is broken in your records. Duplicates, blanks, and leads with no source at all.
WHAT IT COSTS
$1,500 to $3,000
One time. Priced on the size and state of the records.

The free look comes first

Before any of that, we will read what you send and tell you the three biggest things in it at no charge. Most people decide from those three numbers.

What we need

An export of your customer list and your quotes. Most systems do this from a menu in under a minute. If yours cannot, tell us what you use and we will find the way.

What we do not do

We do not take logins

An export is enough to do the work, and it means you never hand anyone the keys to your business.

We do not hold your list

Your records stay in your system. We keep a small working file connecting ad spend to jobs, and you can have a copy or have it deleted at any time.

We do not send on your behalf

Campaigns go out from software you already pay for. That keeps the messaging rules, and the liability that goes with them, where they belong.
